Be "crazy" time.
I would like together with you to consider the "coacher" or in my field what business
consultant?, Accompanied by a business?, And a marketing consultant?. First let
me tell that I mean first and foremost as a business consultant or business
with is "a marketing and sales consultant" that accompanies the
marketing, advertising and sales of business or organization, not just those
engaged in purely sales and marketing, all these people who serve the business.
The proof Consider the largest telephone network "Bezeq" which gave
its employees as the following telephone repairman to fix the phone line and
speak with the customer on the company's services portfolio, and convincing
them to sign a direct debit company charges. This phenomenon I describe as an
organization with marketing thinking .... but it's not enough.
I tried some trace the business and marketing consultants in the market and
above all, I found the "Mattie" public organization that unites business
oriented consultants within their development or accompanying them for loans or
grants for state-guaranteed loans. I sat down with their representative and
after a thorough conversation, I realized that their help or support is
concentrated almost entirely in running the operation, administration, its cash
flow planning, and intended to provide solutions to these and other marketing.
My conclusion after I examined the matter that "Mattie" can not cope
if we have new challenges posed by the business market. I do think many of us
do not understand the challenges facing today in terms of marketing and
marketing business. Yet I recognize the application of old methods of
marketing, advertising, public relations, and branding .. I still do not
recognize a break in thought inevitable with which directions should be
conducted saturated market, complete, competitive and most dangerous business
in the world.
Bird's-eye view you can clearly see that you still can not see or recognize
reality requires a dramatic change in a majority of sales and marketing and
some business and marketing consultants, including the advertisers and strategy
managers "or H"konsft", I still get the sense talking with us in
the same language as who spoke before 10 and 20 years. The shelves of
bookstores, few are the books I could find a breakthrough, both approach and
thinking.
Another example if you are the young company recognized the "attack"
H"ntoorking "and begin broadcasting via social networking courses,
workshops, promotional offers, theses and research results. And the question
becomes:. Is the ROI of hours at the computer searching for businesses and
customers using networking really worth?, Might bring?, Indeed returns the
investment? Is the required revolution per day matrimonial business can be
conducted from the chair or bed at home. Or start again as a new trend more and
more people entering the field quickly, and out of flight ....
Be a business consultant in the next century. You must be a "type" as
a metaphor: like in 70-80 that band we thought they "crazy with tattoos,
going on HARLEY-DAVIDSON" "with an open jacket and the back piece.
Then we saw them like mad. So now a business consultant must be
"type" with a lot of imagination, with lots of work, think as we call
it "crazy"! But not only that, today's business consultant with
experience must be developed and that had been parachuted from academia ...
statistics, diagrams, and test theories ... not good business jungle ... (sales
and marketing of the next century, this statistic is not reality changing by
the minute) ...
We go through a revolution and for the revolution we need a revolutionary!
